Forward

I’ll start off with the disclaimer, because it’s the most important. The following story happened a very long time ago, and for some reason I recently felt the need to write it out. It is very violent including massive amounts of beating, rape and blood drinking. It also contains homosexuality. If you are easily offended or don’t care for those types of things, by all means please don’t read this.

This is going to be in two posts. First post is not violent… second post will contain all of the fun stuff.

More Forward

That being said, I decided to forward this further and give you some background information in the OOC Forums of DR. I’ll leave it up to you to go there and read that.

But I’d like everyone to know about this trip that happened several years ago, when Pashen visited Dallas, I think it was her first trip down, and she asked me if I was willing to do this wild rp idea that she had. It involved the scion and Rook, of all people. After hearing her out, I flat out exclaimed, “HELL NO!” I did not want this to happen under any circumstances. It was absurd. She pouted, I grumbled and thought about it. Then thought about it some more, she pouted some more. And eventually I said ok.

I’m glad I did, because it spawned so many role plays afterwards, and became a defining moment for change within Rook. After this, he gradually went from the grumpy, mildly interested, rebellious hermit-forced-into-the-life-of-a-lord into the flamboyant barhopping, chain-smoking, eccentric socialite that he is today. Yes, he went a little bit crazy.

It’s hard for us to write about the Family. They are all so caught up in layers of secrets, that trust me, no one knows about.

I don’t think anyone has ever really asked about Malachi’s creation. I don’t know if anyone had really thought about it. So, in an effort to just put something out there that people will find interesting, I hope. And start to raise some questions too, I hope. I present the story,

Malachi’s Birth.
